iOptiCut ("we", "our", "us") is built by Inellipse. This policy explains what data the iOptiCut iOS app and this website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've designed iOptiCut to work offline and to store your data on your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

iOptiCut does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email, address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information through the app. Your projects, parts, boards, materials, and cutting plans are stored locally on your device.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The following data is created and stored locally by the app:

• Projects, board dimensions, and parts you enter
• Cutting plans generated by the optimization algorithms
• Material library entries, cost settings, and inventory
• App settings (units, language, preferences)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it (for example, by sharing a PDF or CSV).

3. Analytics & Crash Reporting

iOptiCut may use Apple's standard, opt-in analytics and crash reporting provided by iOS. This data is anonymized and aggregated by Apple and is only shared with us if you have enabled "Share With App Developers" in your iOS Settings. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs.

4. In-App Purchases

If you purchase iOptiCut or any in-app upgrades, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment information. Apple shares only anonymized purchase data with us for accounting and support purposes.

5. Website

This website (iopticut.inellipse.com) is a static informational site. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising networks. Standard server access logs may be retained by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

iOptiCut is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. You can delete all locally stored data at any time by removing the app from your device.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app or website after changes means you accept the revised policy.
