Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOptiCut iOS application and the iopticut.inellipse.com website (together, the "Service"), which are provided by Inellipse ("we", "our", "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the iOptiCut app on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except as permitted by law
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

3. No Warranty — Cutting Plans

iOptiCut generates cutting plans using mathematical optimization algorithms. While we work hard to make these accurate, the Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Always verify all measurements, kerf settings, grain direction, and cut sequences before cutting any material. You are solely responsible for the safety and correctness of any physical cuts you make based on output from the app. We are not liable for wasted material, miscut parts, or any other losses arising from the use of cutting plans.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inellipse and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or materials, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. In-App Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple via your App Store account.

6. Intellectual Property

The iOptiCut name, logo, app, and website — including all source code, design, and content — are owned by Inellipse and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inellipse is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
